REFUND POLICY (MCO Period Only)

Conditions for online ticket refund:

1. Customers can choose not to refund because the validity period of the ticket can be used within 1 month to board the boat.

2. Customers who still choose to refund will be charged 5% of the total ticket price to be refunded.

3. Customers can choose to refund within 1 month only from the date of online ticket purchase.

4. The refunded ticket payment will be credited into the customer's account within 2 weeks from the date the ticket is refunded.

5. In case of MCO period, In terms on restriction by the government , Customer able to request for refund for the purchased ticket.

6. Any cancellation received within 2 days period to the arrival date.
